It is our great fortune that Param Pujya Bhaishree is in Sayla and we will share his December Shibir Swadhyays with all mumukshus online.
We will be sharing the digital Aradhana Shibir here on the website and on whatsapp for our Mumukshus for 5 days from Sat 26th - Wed 30th December 2020.
As in Shibir we encourage you to
- maintain as much maun as possible,
- to introspect and spend as much of the day in suvicharna and atma chintan,
- to reflect and do avlokan of your kashays
- minimise your phone use and limit your interaction with the news and the external world
- eat simply and limit the subjects of the senses.
